Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and operational processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Develop and maintain process documentation, workbooks, and SOPs, while optimizing workflows, reducing lead times, and improving equipment utilization through effective organization and machine setup strategies.

Evaluate existing processes and equipment to identify improvement opportunities, and drive end-to-end execution of process optimization and modernization projects.

Ensure process adherence, governance, and compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, while actively promoting process discipline across teams.

Oversee current product industrialization lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective readiness for production.

Drive capacity planning and productivity improvements by executing ramp-up strategies across equipment, tools, jigs, and fixtures to meet business demand.

Lead sustenance budget planning and execution,



ensuring optimal allocation and utilization aligned with operational goals.

Manage industrialization of engineering changes (including CRE – Change Request Engineering) in existing products, ensuring seamless implementation with minimal disruption.

Execute and monitor CapEx and Revenue budgets, ensuring alignment with business targets and delivering cost efficiencies.

Champion process excellence initiatives by deploying best-in-class technologies and methodologies to enhance and sustain PQCDS (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety) performance.

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Manufacturing or equivalent).
