Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead creative execution, shape our brand identity, and deliver high-impact visual content. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of creativity, leadership, and technical expertise across both static and video formats, and can translate business objectives into compelling visual stories.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative & Design Ownership
- Own end-to-end design projects from concept to final execution.
- Define, develop, and maintain brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Create high-quality designs for campaigns, product launches, and marketing communications (digital and offline).
- Drive creative strategy aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
- Ensure visual consistency and high-quality standards across all touchpoints.

2. Advanced Video Production
- Lead video content creation, including advertisements, brand films, corporate videos, product videos, and digital campaigns.
- Execute advanced video editing, motion graphics, animations,



and visual storytelling.
- Manage video shoots, including pre-production (concept, scripting, storyboarding), production, and post-production.
- Adapt and optimise content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.

3. Strategy & Innovation
- Develop innovative creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Stay updated with global design trends, video formats, tools, and digital innovations.
- Leverage campaign performance data, audience insights, and feedback to continuously enhance creative output.
- Experiment with and introduce recent formats, styles, and visual approaches to keep the brand fresh and differentiated.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management
- Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer in Australia on marketing and brand creatives to ensure global brand alignment.
