Job Purpose
Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap, requirements, development, launch and adoptionDuties and Responsibilities
Write detailed product use cases, define customer journeys through mock-ups, workflows and charts
Own what you are building - Running edge cases, testing products proactively and measuring success metrics regularlyMajor Challenges
Ensuring timely completion of deliverables when requirements are changing
Managing user expectations of the business/product teamsRequired Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
Graduate – Mandatory
Post Graduate is not mandatory but preferred
b) Work Experience
3-5 years as a product manager/business analyst in BFSI
Experience in payments/mobile app or web is an added advantage
