Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Growth Associates to support lead generation, client engagement, and business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in business development and HR-Tech.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Research prospective customers and maintain sales pipeline
- Engage with founders, HR leaders, and business owners




- Schedule meetings and demos for the consulting team
- Maintain CRM records and track lead progress
- Support marketing and business growth activities

Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Internship exposure in Sales, HR, Recruitment, or Marketing preferred
