The IT Associate will be
responsible for managing and supporting the organisation’s IT infrastructure,
digital systems, and training technology platforms, ensuring smooth day-to-day
operations and secure handling of data in an aviation training workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain
and support IT infrastructure including computers, networks, printers, and
peripherals
- Manage
and support Learning Management Systems (LMS) used for training
delivery and tracking
- Ensure
smooth functioning of smart boards, classroom technology, and digital
teaching tools
- Troubleshoot
hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage
user access, data backups, and basic cybersecurity practices
- Support
IT requirements during training sessions, examinations, and audits
- Coordinate
with external vendors for IT services and maintenance
- Maintain
IT documentation, asset registers, and system records

Ensure data confidentiality and system
reliability

Requirements
- BE. / B.tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience
with LMS platforms and office IT infrastructure preferred
