The candidate will train and motivate team members, handle escalations, and ensure compliance with the sales process while maintaining productivity and performance standards.Candidates with Sales Team Leader experience in BPO Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills,Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Sales Team Leader ,Ability to handle team targets and performance management

Requirements
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets

Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance

Provide training, coaching, and motivation to team members

Monitor calls and ensure quality & compliance in the sales process

Handle team escalations and support agents in closing sales
