As
a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in
ensuring our clients have a positive and satisfying experience
throughout their entire project journey. You will serve as the primary
point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving
issues, and fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication:
- Maintain
regular communication with clients, providing updates on
project progress, addressing inquiries, and resolving
concerns in a timely and qualified manner.
- Proactively identify potential issues and take steps to
prevent them from escalating.

Training:

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, customer
service, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of
experience in customer relationship management or a similar
role.
