Overview of Job Function:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) to join our Database Operations team. This role is responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft SQL Server environments, ensuring database availability, performance, security, and reliability across business-critical systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in database administration, backup and recovery, High Availability/Disaster Recovery (HA/DR),



DB cloud operations and production support. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex database issues, driving operational excellence, and contributing to automation initiatives.

Responsibilities
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Database Administration & Operations
- Install, configure, upgrade, maintain, and monitor Microsoft SQL Server environments to ensure database health, availability, and performance.
- Manage routine database administration activities, including maintenance plans, health checks, and capacity planning.
- Administer database backups, restores, and recovery processes to support business continuity requirements.
- Support and maintain High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) solutions, including Always On Availability Groups.
- Identify and resolve database performance bottlenecks through proactive monitoring and analys
