Role Overview

Candescent is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Hyderabad center across Product, Engineering, and Technology functions. This role combines strategic HR partnership with operational excellence and requires robust stakeholder management skills, deep understanding of employee engagement,



and the ability to drive people initiatives aligned with global priorities.

You will report to the VP – HR and work closely with global HR teams and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to implement HR programs, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance employee experience.

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience: 6–10 years in HRBP roles, preferably in technology-driven organizations.
