Description
As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base in the East region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies, targeting key clients and industries. You will work closely with the Corporate Group II team to identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify and target potential clients, focusing on direct client acquisition.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the management team.




- Stay updated with industry knowledge and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially in client interactions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in the East region.
- Proven track record of handling direct clients and building successful broking relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales portfolio.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and events.
