What would you do? As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for owning and delivering complex cloud-based solutions using Braze.
The candidate will be responsible for owning the architecture and design of complex solution components (good to have)
The candidate will own design elements and providing approvals on designs elements submitted by team members
What are we looking for? Education: Any graduate
Lead strategy and architecture sessions and communicate design options to clients (valuable to have)
Roles and Responsibilities: • End to end implementations with Braze (Email template implementation to Data Segmentation/Canvases knowledge)
• Manage administration of customer communication campaigns across the cloud, either in each function (email, SMS, Push, Cloud Pages), or leveraging Canvas to deliver multi-touch communications.
• Liquid and SQL knowledge is required
• Establish best practice application support methodology and processes, including maintenance and support roadmaps, processes and technical documentation
• Requirement gathering, analysis, solution and design of new interfaces/integrations within scope
