Responsibilities:
- Researching prospects and generating leads within the healthcare industry.
- Strategic planning, market segmentation and
detailed planning of business development activities to be completed
within defined periods of time
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities
through cold calling, networking and other sources
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations
on products and services
- To work as part of a business development team
to identify growth areas and expand the client base of the company.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and
complaints
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales
targets
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Works closely with the Sales / Business Development
Head, Strategize and build Sales opportunities / pipelines
- Collaborate with team members to achieve
better results
- Understand clients requirements and converse
with the client with the technical terminologies
- The candidate should be Self-driven with




effective communication skills and respond effectively in a fast paced
environment

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2+ years of business development and sales experience in the relevant industry
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales within the US Healthcare sector is preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and
negotiating techniques total work
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Solid verbal and written communicator.

Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a
concentration in

Sales, Marketing, Promotions, Advertising or business administration preferred.
