Job Description
1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable application components and microservices.
2. Leverage AI tools and LLMs for code generation, automated debugging, and optimizing daily development workflows.
3. Adhere to DOD (story definition of done) as part of the sprint, including unit tests, functional testing, code reviews, no regressions, bug fixes, documentation and adhere to best coding practices.
4. Deliver high-quality software in adherence with security, longevity, and integration testing policies.
5. Master the domain knowledge in the area of assignment.
6. Take ownership of features post release; considering customer adoption as a primary success metric.

Volunteer for work in the backlog and commit to quality delivery; Coordinate efforts across the team to ensure completion and effectiveness.
8. Participate and contribute to scrum meetings i.e. daily stand-up, sprint planning, readouts and retrospectives.

Technical Experience
1. Strong knowledge and experience in Object Oriented Programming, Analysis and Design concepts.
2. Proficiency in Node.js and RESTful Microservices.
3. Hands-on experience with Angular or React.js, including TypeScript, CSS, and state management.
4. Working experience in SQL databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) 5. Very comfortable using GIT version control tool (we use Bitbucket) and familiarity with AI-assisted coding assistants.

Academic and Skilled Expertise
