Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Identify and hunt for recent warehouse spaces across assigned cities.

2. Conduct field searches and ground visits to evaluate potential warehouse locations.

3. Gather detailed information about warehouse infrastructure, capacity, and suitability.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouse owners and vendors.

5. Initiate first calls and introductory meetings with potential partners.

6. Maintain regular communication to ensure long-term collaboration.

7. Send introductory emails and presentations to potential warehouse partners.

8. Coordinate and support the agreement process with selected vendors.

9. Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding stage.

10. Collect and maintain warehouse details and infrastructure information.

11. Prepare city-wise supply reports and update the internal team on available warehouse supply.
