Job Summary:

At the heart of Increff's growth is the ability to attract and hire the right talent—fast, thoughtfully, and at scale. As Lead – Talent Acquisition, you will own the end-to-end hiring engine while building modern, tech-enabled recruiting practices.
This is a high-impact,



hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with business leaders, shape candidate experience, and leverage ATS, automation, and AI to build a scalable and future-ready TA function.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Experience First
- Own the end-to-end candidate journey, ensuring it is smooth, communicative, and human
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during critical stages
- Continuously gather feedback and improve the hiring experience
- Ensure clean, accurate, and well-maintained candidate data within the ATS

End-to-End Hiring
- Drive full-cycle recruiting across tech, product, sales, customer success, and corporate roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role expectations, hiring plans, and timelines
- Run structured interview processes, calibration discussions, and offer closures

ATS, Tools & AI-Driven TA
- Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS
