Responsibilities:
- Integrate SAP C4C with SAP CRM/ERP/S4HANA systems.
- Handle data synchronization and flow between C4C and other SAP systems.
- Develop and enhance Embedded Components, Mashups, and XBO.
- Enhance standard screens and utilize Data Workbench.
- Configure and manage Communication Scenarios within SAP C4C.
- Work with REST and SOAP web services to ensure seamless integration and data exchange.
- Manage and work with standard business objects such as Lead Management, Opportunity, Sales Quote, Sales Order, and Service Requests.
- Ensure the proper functioning and integration of these business objects with SAP C4C CRM and ERP/S4HANA.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in integrating SAP C4C with CRM/ERP/S4HANA systems.
- Robust understanding and hands-on experience with Embedded Components, Mashups, XBO, and standard screen enhancements within SAP C4C.
- Proficient in using Data Workbench and configuring Communication Scenarios.
- Extensive experience with REST and SOAP web services.
- In-depth knowledge of standard business objects including Lead Management, Opportunity, Sales Quote, Sales Order, and Service Requests.
