Job Description

Role Overview

As a UX Research Intern, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Sprinklr’s multi-product enterprise platform. You will collaborate closely with teams based in the United States,



gaining exposure to global product development practices and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with an assigned mentor, senior UX researchers, product designers, and engineers to translate complex workflows into simple, delightful user interactions. This is not a “shadowing” role you will own a multi-phase research study, collect impactful qualitative and quantitative data, and present a final capstone project directly to product leadership.

- Support and Execute Studies: Assist in planning, designing, and conducting generative and evaluative research studies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
- Data Synthesis & Analysis: Analyze qualitative feedback and quantitative behavioral metrics to build user personas, task analyses, and user journey maps.
