We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Draftsman with a solid background in residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating accurate and detailed drawings for interior spaces, and a keen eye for design and technical precision.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts for residential interior projects

Collaborate with designers and architects to convert concepts into working drawings

Ensure all drawings adhere to project specifications, design intent, and industry standards

Make necessary modifications and updates based on client feedback or site conditions

Maintain documentation and version control of design files

Coordinate with project teams and vendors for drawing approvals and execution
Key Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field

4–5 years of experience in interior residential drafting

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software

Solid understanding of interior detailing, materials, and construction methods

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects
