And we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take our brand visibility and student outreach to the next level.

This is a leadership-focused role that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll manage everything from lead funnels to content campaigns, ads to SEO—and you’ll directly impact our business growth.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
- Build targeted funnels for awareness, lead generation, re-targeting, and conversions
- Manage daily ad budgets, track key metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA), and improve ROAS

Social Media Strategy
- Own the brand’s social media presence—Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube




- Create and schedule content that speaks to students, parents, and partners
- Plan monthly content calendars, engagement campaigns, and reels/shorts

SEO & Website Management
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page SEO
- Collaborate with web developers/designers to improve performance and user experience
- Manage blog updates, page content, and landing page testing

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Optimize based on real-time data, not assumptions

Content Marketing
- Plan and supervise the creation of blogs, emails, case studies, success stories, and video content
- Manage or coordinate with freelancers/agencies as needed for design and video output

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Admissions, Counseling, and Outreach teams to align marketing with business goa
