About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Fulfilment Manager who brings a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for excellence in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and influential, with a proven ability to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience, and deliver key recruitment metrics that fuel business success. This is a high-impact role that will collaborate across teams, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and lead initiatives to attract top talent across the organization.
Responsibilities:




- Strategic Sourcing & Talent Planning:
- Design and execute robust sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines for critical and niche roles
- Good in Boolean Search Techniques, Experience in X-Ray search and other innovative ways of sourcing is an added advantage
- Partner with business leaders and workforce planning teams to align sourcing strategies with long-term talent needs
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions
- Provide market intelligence and talent insights to influence hiring decisions
- Recruitment Operations & Metrics:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
