- Collaborate with the Project Managers and development team to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
- Develop test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
- Execute test cases manually.
- Organizing and monitoring the defect management process.
- Handling changes and conducting regression tests.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects and issues.
- Document and track defects using issue tracking systems (Zoho / Jira / Trello, etc.).
- Work closely with developers to investigate, reproduce, and resolve reported issues.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure that resolved issues meet acceptance criteria.
- Continuously improve and optimize QA processes and procedures.
- Implement best practices for software quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Generate detailed test reports and metrics to communicate QA status to stakeholders.
- Executing sanity, smoke, UI, and functional testing for Websites and Mobile Apps is a plus.
- Executing test cases using automated testing tools is a plus.
Requirements
- Male candidate with 1-2 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer(Manual)/software tester
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Zoho, MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases and test scripts.
- Proficiency in using issue tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and excellence.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in Software Testing is a plus.
