Job Summary:

Index Infotech is seeking a highly experienced Senior Operational Consultant to drive strategic business
improvements, optimize processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency. This role requires deep
expertise in business operations, process transformation, and strategic advisory, providing key
recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of proven experience in
operational consulting (SCM & Manufacturing), leading large-scale process enhancements, and delivering
impactful results across complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, customize, and deploy EPICOR ERP solutions based on business needs, focused on operational best practices in new business implementations.
- Identify opportunities for operational process improvements and efficiencies using Epicor Kinetic functionalities.
- Document operational processes, procedures, and system changes to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other team members to resolve issues, ensure smooth outcomes,



and provide an excellent customer experience for internal and external customers.
- Provide training and support to users, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
- Stay updated on Epicor best practices and emerging trends to enhance system utilization and effectiveness.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and conducting gap analysis, and documenting the same.

- Should be willing to travel when the project demands.
- Guide senior management in change management strategies to implement new processes effectively and technologies.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior consultants and operational teams.
