HYMH designs, engineers, manufactures and sells a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally under the Hyster and Yale brand names. HYMH designs, engineers and manufacturers material handling equipment for three main sectors: Warehouse products, Counterbalanced trucks and Big Trucks.

Hyster-Yale Lift Trucks India Pty Ltd is looking for an energetic Sr. HRIS Analyst. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization’s HRIS (Workday), ensuring solution continuity and functionality that meets the requirements and objectives of the business. The incumbent will need to be an experienced, accomplished skilled. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will evaluate, implement, and support functionality within the Workday HRIS.



The position is responsible for one or more areas of a complex system requiring specialized knowledge. The incumbent will make decisions on support issues as well as plan, implement and coordinate system upgrades, enhancements and maintenance within an established framework.

Experience : 5 -7 years experience in business application implementation, configuration, development and support (Workday preferred). Experience of direct HRIS implementation or administration experience will be an added advantage. Experience in reporting HR, Workday preferred. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., formula writing, lookup functions, PIVOT tables).
