About Role:
We’re looking for a data-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager who thrives on experimentation, optimization, and scaling paid campaigns.
In this role, you will plan, launch, optimize, and scale high-performing digital campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, while working closely with creative, analytics, product,



and CRM teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
You’ll play a key role in turning marketing spend into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
* Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube), and Microsoft Bing Ads
* Build high-performing campaign structures including ad sets, audiences, ad groups, creatives, and bidding strategies
* Design and run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments
* Manage campaign budgets and pacing to maximize ROI and scale profitable campaigns
2. Performance Optimization
* Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and LTV
* Identify high-performing audience segments and scale winning campaigns
* Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarking
