We are building a new-age purchasing platform designed specifically for doctor-owned clinics.
The platform enables doctors and clinics to access better negotiated pricing, verified suppliers, simplified ordering, and a more convenient purchasing experience.
We are looking for an energetic and relationship-oriented Doctor Relationship & Business Development Executive who will be the face of our company in the field.
Your primary responsibility will be to meet doctors and clinic owners, introduce them to our platform, demonstrate its perks, onboard them, generate orders, and build long-term relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience as a Medical Representative, Pharma Sales Executive, Medical Device Sales Executive, Healthcare Sales Executive, or B2B Field Sales Executive and wants to move into the growing HealthTech space.
What You'll Do1. Doctor Acquisition
- Identify and build a database of doctors, clinic owners, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
- Visit doctors and clinics regularly and introduce them to our platform.
- Explain how doctors can benefit from collective purchasing and negotiated pricing.
- Conduct product/platform demonstrations.
- Convert interested doctors into registered members/customers.
2. Generate Orders
- Help onboarded doctors understand the ordering process.
- Encourage doctors to place their purchases through the platform.
- Identify their regular purchasing requirements and recommend relevant products/categories.
- Follow up with doctors to convert enquiries into actual orders.
- Drive repeat orders and increase customer activity.
3. Doctor Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with doctors and clinic owners.
- Become the primary point of contact for doctors in your territo
