About the Role

SP Webconnect Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Technical Support Executive to provide technical and application support to customers using our Cylinder Tracking Management System (CTMS) software.

We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to understand software applications and resolve customer issues effectively.

Freshers with positive communication skills and basic technical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and application support to CTMS customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and remote-support tools.
- Understand and resolve customer queries related to cylinder tracking, inventory, orders, deliveries, returns, billing, transactions, and reports.




- Troubleshoot software-related issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Assist customers with CTMS configuration, user creation, master-data setup, transactions, and report generation.
- Support software installation, application updates, browser troubleshooting, basic network checks, and system configuration.
- Identify, document, and escalate software bugs or unresolved technical issues to the development team.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams until reported issues are resolved.
- Conduct basic CTMS product demonstrations and user-training sessions when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, support tickets, resolutions, escalations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the development and implementation teams to resolve technical and application-related issues.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the technical and development teams.
