Role Description The Vice President at Marsh IMEA in Bengaluru is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of complex risk and insurance solutions. The individual will lead and develop teams, set performance objectives,



and ensure high-quality service across client engagements, while collaborating closely with regional and global stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include shaping business development strategies, guiding proposal and pitch development, reviewing and optimizing risk programs, and monitoring financial performance of the portfolio. The role also involves mentoring colleagues, promoting a culture of inclusion and high performance, and ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The Vice President will contribute to thought leadership, represent Marsh IMEA in market forums, and support the continuous improvement of processes and client offerings.
