Explain plans, pricing structures, and promotional offers.
Convert incoming enquiries into successful sales.
Address customer concerns and resolve objections professionally.
Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.




Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Deliver high-quality customer service.

Desired Skills

✅ 1–3 years of experience in Inbound Sales, Telecom Sales, or International Voice Process.

✅ Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

✅ Solid sales and negotiation abilities.

✅ Customer-focused mindset with a target-driven approach.
