Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, campus hiring, and networking channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate communication throughout the process.
Maintain and update candidate databases using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
Support onboarding processes for selected candidates and ensure a smooth joining experience.
Collaborate with team leads to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions.
