Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to discuss recruitment services
Communicate job opportunities to candidates over the phone in a professional manner
Follow up on emails and schedule interviews with potential candidates
Maintain a database of contacts and update information regularly
Provide excellent customer service to all clients and candidates




Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
