Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities in aerospace, rail, drones, and instrumentation markets, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management. Day-to-day activities include engaging with potential and existing clients, understanding technical requirements,



preparing proposals and quotations, and collaborating with internal engineering and production teams to align offerings with customer needs. The Business Development Manager will conduct market and competitive analysis, participate in industry events, and support contract negotiations to drive revenue growth and long-term strategic partnerships. The role also involves monitoring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate sales reports, and contributing to business planning and forecasting.
Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in precision manufacturing, aerospace, rail, drones, or related engineering industries.
Strong skills in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
