1. Administer and optimize Linux/Solaris systems and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
2. Implement, monitor, and maintain storage systems (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions.
3. Develop automation scripts and manage configuration tools (Ansible) for infrastructure efficiency.
4. Ensure systems security, patching, and disaster recovery readiness in line with IT policies.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot complex system and network issues, coordinating with vendors for resolution.
2. Plan and execute hardware/software upgrades, installations, and performance tuning.
3. Maintain detailed documentation covering inventory, licensing, topology, and backups.
4. Provide mentorship to junior staff and manage IT service ticket queues for timely issue resolution.
