Required qualification and skills:

Experience in supporting the end-to-end eLearning content development lifecycle from a visual design perspective, including content interpretation, visual concept development, storyboarding support, creation of multimedia assets (graphics, animations, audio/video), course build, quality assurance, and deployment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently.
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
Experience with audio/video editing tools such as Camtasia and Audacity.
Experience in animation tools such as Vyond, Synthesia, Powtoon.
Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline and Rise.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
