We are seeking an experienced AMS Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application management and support, with a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for AMS (Application Management Services) to ensure optimal performance of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and implement solutions.
- Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and issues for continuous improvement.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports for stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in AMS or related support role.
- Solid knowledge of application management and support processes.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution techniques.
- Proficiency in database management and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and application deployment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
