- Domain experience across AA – Retail, Core, Corporate, Lending, and GL
- Preferably techno-functional
- Should be able to lead strategy and scoping workshops
- If not techno-functional, solid business or technical expertise is required
- Discovery Phase Lead ( Techo-Functional Role): The consultant must own the following discovery-phase activities:
- Lead Migration Strategy workshops (covering all software modules in scope)
- Assisting the bank to produce the Migration Strategy Document (Migration strategies, reconciliation strategy, cutover/deployment strategy)
- Participate in and drive the Data Mapping workshops run by Temenos
- Ensure completion of Data Mapping sheets and Data Extract Specification templates
- Coordinate data volume sizing and validate legacy system data readiness
- Support/Do the Data Loading
- DRY RUN and Dress Rehearsal Support
