Performance Graphic Designer – Ravel (Full-time, On-site, Mumbai)
About Ravel
Ravel is a BSE-listed, performance-driven haircare brand. We don't run ad campaigns and hope. Every creative we ship is measured on ROAS, CAC, and thumb-stop rate. If a static doesn't convert, we kill it and design a better one. That's the job.
The Role
You will design the static ads that run our Meta account. Not brand posts, not moodboards, not one hero image a week. High-volume, high-quality ad creatives built for testing: multiple variations per concept, shipped rapid, measured on real spend. Your design decisions get judged by CTR and ROAS, not by how they look in a portfolio. If you find that exciting, keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Design static ads for Meta: product statics, offer creatives, review/testimonial ads, comparison formats, advertorial-style images
- Produce variant grids, not single files: 3-5 versions of every winning concept with different hooks, layouts, and visual anchors for structured A/B testing
- Turn copy and customer insights into scroll-stopping visuals.
The copywriter gives you the words;
you make them impossible to scroll past
- Design for the feed, not the brand book: readable at thumbnail size, message visible in the first half second, offer never buried
- Read performance data on your own creatives (thumb-stop rate, CTR) and iterate based on numbers, not taste
- Maintain speed: brief on Monday, creatives live by Wednesday, data by end of week
- Support adjacent needs when required: Amazon A+ creatives, landing page sections, WhatsApp broadcast creatives
Who Should Apply
- You've designed static ads that ran with real money behind them and you know how they performed
- You work fluently in Photoshop or Figma. Canva-only won't survive the volume and precision this role needs
- You think in variations. Your instinct on a winning ad is "what are 4 more ways to say this," not "next project"
- You can defend every design choice with a conversion reason, n
