We are looking for an experienced Polarion ALM Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the Polarion Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platform. The role requires robust hands-on expertise in Polarion, ALM, Java, and APIs, along with the ability to understand business and engineering requirements and translate them into scalable ALM solutions.

You will work closely with engineering, product, quality, and project teams to improve lifecycle management processes, automate workflows, integrate Polarion with enterprise applications, and enhance overall development efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development and lifecycle processes and be comfortable working on customizations, integrations, scripting, and API-based solutions.

and maintain Polarion ALM solutions based on business and engineering requirements.
- Develop and enhance Polarion workflows, forms, templates, reports, dashboards, permissions, and lifecycle processes.
- Design and implement integrations between Polarion and other enterprise applications using REST APIs and related integration technologies.
- Develop custom solutions and extensions using Java and Polarion APIs.
- Analyze existing ALM processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, traceability, and collaboration.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Support requirements management, change management, test management, defect tracking, and traceability processes within Polarion.
