We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality standards across our garment manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall quality assurance activities from fabric inspection to final packing.
- Establish and implement quality standards and SOPs.
- Monitor inline, end-line and final inspections.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production, cutting, finishing and merchandising teams.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and AQL standards.
- Handle buyer inspections and third-party audits.
- Train and develop the QC team.
Qualification:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Textile, Apparel, Garment Technology or related field.
- 8–18 years of experience in garment manufacturing QA/QC.
- Solid knowledge of AQL, garment inspection and quality systems.
