Provides support on Monitoring, Network LAN, WAN and wireless environments, along with administration of the networking hardware and software components, like switches, routers, and various other LAN/ WAN components of the Diebold network. The Analyst serves in as a Trainee/Junior Analyst role while tackling day to day operational issues in the Network Infrastructure space for Diebold s Enterprise primarily, liaise with Vendors for circuit management. The candidate is also expected to have know-how of various Network Monitoring Tools
Qualifications
- Previous experience in NOC with handling international clients.
- Analyze and resolves network connectivity problems in timely and accurate fashion.
- Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems remotely.
- Good communication skills email/Verbal is Mandatory.
- Expertise in scripting languages (python), web development, Ansible, Linux.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP stack in general.
- Familiar with basic network architectures and designs.
- Basic knowledge of IPsec VPNs.
- Basic knowledge on Palo-alto firewall and ASA Firewall.
- Basic understanding and troubleshooting of routing, IPsec VPNs.
- Ability to resolve major incidents and work with customers/vendors to isolate connectivity issues.
You are responsible for
- Utilizing troubleshooting mechanisms and escalation processes.
- Administering service requests and official communication processes.
- Providing assistance in incident management and reporting tasks.
- Using real-time alarming of network fault notification, interfacing with network vendors/customers to fix circuit issues.
- Ensures the reliable operation of DN corporate network.
- Proactive monitoring of DN corporate networks.
- Organize daily support tickets (incidents, service requests), emails, and instant messages and finish them on time, often with cooperation with other support teams.
