About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager - Compliance (SURVEIL-X & NTR-X) to join our Delivery and Engineering organization. The role is responsible for leading large-scale Compliance, SaaS, Cloud Migration, and Regulatory Technology initiatives, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery while meeting customer, regulatory, and business expectations. The ideal candidate will provide leadership across the complete project lifecycle, working closely with Product, R&D;, Operations, Implementation, Business Analysis teams, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors to drive successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
- Lead Compliance, Cloud Migration, and SaaS implementation programs from project initiation through successful delivery.
- Serve as the primary customer-facing project lead and single point of contact for stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans,



schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Drive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, R&D;, Operations, Implementation, and Business Analysis.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable project plans and delivery roadmaps.
- Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, project status reviews, and governance discussions.
- Manage project dependencies, risks, assumptions, and mitigation plans.
- Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular project reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
