Role Overview

Join Premas Biotech’s Global Business Development team to drive new business across global pharma and biotech markets. The role involves identifying high-value opportunities, engaging clients, developing techno-commercial proposals, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You will work closely with scientific and commercial teams to translate client requirements into business opportunities and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities




- Business Development: Identify and develop recent opportunities across global pharma and biotech markets.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline through CRM.
- Proposal Development: Prepare presentations, proposals, term sheets, and commercial documentation.
- Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competition, and emerging business opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with scientific, project management, and marketing teams to align client needs with Premas capabilities.
- Client Engagement: Participate in conferences, client meetings, networking, and commercial discussions.
- Revenue Growth: Track business metrics and contribute to partnerships and revenue growth.

Ideal Success Profile
- Relevant Experience: 3+ years in Business Development within CDMO, CMO, CRO, Biologics, Biotechnology, Pharma, or Life Sciences.
