About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead – BFSI to drive enterprise sales across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), and Fintech organizations in the Middle East and South Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling enterprise technology solutions, building C-level relationships, and closing high-value deals.

This is a strategic hunting role focused on identifying current business opportunities, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and expanding the organization's presence within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales across Banks, Insurance companies, and Fintech organizations.
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Position AI-driven Customer Experience (CX), Customer Value Management (CVM), Marketing Automation, Customer Analytics, and Digital Transformation solutions to enterprise customers.
- Develop industry-specific value propositions and consultative sales strategies for the BFSI market.
- Lead customer presentations, solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal solution, delivery, and partner teams to create winning customer solutions.
- Develop channel and strategic partner relationships where required to accelerate business growth.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and business development targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Customer Experience, and Digital Transformat
