About the Role

Fragomen's US Capability Center in Kochi is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support Business teams in driving project execution, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. This role is instrumental in maintaining effective project workflows, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement efforts.

As a key liaison between client/office counterparts and internal teams, you will oversee project progress, conduct performance audits, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will monitor various initiatives, track key deliverables, and contribute to process optimization strategies to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Oversight:



Collaborate with Business teams to ensure smooth project progression and mitigate risks, spanning scoping, developing, and execution of initiatives, while overseeing portfolio-wide progress, flagging at-risk projects, supporting governance and escalation pathways.
- Stakeholder Communication & Coordination: Act as a key liaison between internal teams and client/office counterparts, ensuring seamless collaboration through regular updates and structured reporting.
- Data-Driven Insights & Trend Analysis: Analyse project data, track key performance metrics, and provide reports to support business decisions.
- Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Ensure KPIs are consistently met and contribute to workflow optimization initiatives.
