We are looking out for a lively, high skilled advertising client servicing manager with a knack for developing good customer relations, to support our client servicing team.

About the Role

This role focuses exclusively on non-digital Marketing.

Responsibilities
- Understand clients' products, services, competitors, target markets, and marketing objectives to develop effective solutions.
- Create campaigns and generate cutting-edge ideas based on client briefs.
- Prepare reports, way-forward documents, and creative briefs for projects and campaigns.
- Work with planning, design, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of clients' requirements.
- Meet with clients to conceptualize and present marketing strategies, campaigns, and launch plans.
- Develop marketing plans and budgets for campaigns to align with client goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify insights and opportunities for growth.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the client servicing team, ensuring effective delegation, collaboration, performance, and timely delivery of client requirements.




- Guide team members on client management, strategic thinking, campaign execution, and problem-solving while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications
- 7-10 years of work experience in a mainline agency [not a media, event, digital agency]
- Non-digital work experience is a must

Required Skills
- Brand Strategy, Planning and management
- Client Management, Servicing and account management [not accountancy]
- Creative conceptualization and Orchestration with logical and analytical understanding
- Ability to deliver results under strict deadlines
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team Playing and Operations
