About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Account Manager to manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support management with timely MIS and financial insights.

The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, good knowledge of statutory compliance, and the ability to independently handle finance & accounts activities in a manufacturing/engineering setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, and Journal Entries.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions in the ERP/accounting system.
- Prepare and review monthly MIS, management reports, ageing reports, and financial statements.




- Monitor receivables, payables, collections, and vendor payments.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances in coordination with internal/external consultants.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, tax, and other audits.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Review ledgers, trial balances, expense statements, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor accounting accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, HR, Operations, and other departments for finance-related requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial data and reports required by senior management.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
