Manager – Statutory Audit (IGAAP)– CA - 6+ Years - Bangalore

Are you a Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of post-qualification experience and strong expertise in end-to-end Statutory Audits ? We are looking for a manager – Statutory Audit with current hands-on exposure to Indian GAAP (IGAAP) , proven stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead audit engagements and teams. Candidates who completed their CA in 2019 or earlier are preferred.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end statutory audit engagements, ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP and applicable auditing standards.
Manage client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality audit outcomes and business insights.
Review and finalize audit reports while identifying key risks and recommending effective solutions.
Plan, allocate,



and monitor resources to ensure timely completion of multiple audit assignments.
Mentor and develop audit teams, providing technical guidance and driving continuous improvement in audit quality.

Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6+ years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit.
Strong end-to-end Statutory Audit experience , including audit planning, execution, review, and finalization.
Complete hands-on exposure to Indian GAAP (IGAAP) is mandatory.
Proven experience in stakeholder/client management and leading audit engagements independently.
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor audit teams while ensuring timely and high-quality audit delivery.
