Job Description
- Develop and execute annual and long-term marketing strategies, business plans, and budgets to drive growth and profitability for the Microbiology portfolio.
- Lead market development initiatives, product positioning, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and installed-base consumption programs.
- Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams across India to achieve revenue targets, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen brand leadership.
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering market insights, supporting product training initiatives, and ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory management.





The Successful Applicant
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Microbiology, or Molecular Biology; MBA in Marketing preferred, with at least 5 years of experience in the IVD or diagnostics industry.
- Strong experience working with clinicians, healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and cross-functional commercial teams.
- Proven expertise in product marketing, market development, forecasting, pricing strategy, product training, and business planning.
