Function Human Resources Pay Band E4 to M1 Role As the Executive Admin you will be part of the HR function and will report to the Lead Admin The purpose of your role will be to execute the delivery of a proactive and customer focused administration related services across the plant for a seamless functioning of Operations A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to 1 Work on the overall administration management of the plant like manpower deployment ensuring facility hygiene maintainence etc 2 Look after the overall housekeeping management and audits 3 Ensure stationary and material availability on floor and in stocks 4 Look after the overall transport management and availability 5 Prepare various data and perform audits as per requirement 6 Manage various vendors track bills and agreements A Day in the life As the Executive Admin you will be looking after end to end administration requirements on daily basis You will be working on various subsets of administartion like houskeeping management transport uniforms horticulture etc Keep a track of all bill payments agreements and ensure enoigh resources materials etc are available to employees and in stocks overall contributing towards having a secure and hygienic work space for all Academic Qualification Experience - Bachelor s degree diploma - 3 Yrs in managing any 1 of the administrative aspects of a manufacturing plant Technical Skills Knowledge Knowledge of Working in Industrial canteen operations Knowledge of all horticulture chemicals equipment types and usage Event Management MS Office Behavioural Skills Listening Communication Skill Problem Solving Collaboration skills Agile What will it be like to work for Hero As the world s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters for the last 22 years Hero is where you will get to work with the brightest innovators passionate about being the best in what they do You will become a part of India s proudest legacy a brand that
