1. Manage and maintain firewall and load balancing infrastructure, including F5, FortiGate, Palo Alto, and Cisco ASA.
2. Oversee network infrastructure setup including IP addressing, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, and advanced security protocols.
3. Implement and monitor network performance, automation scripts, and enterprise-level network policies.
4. Lead troubleshooting efforts and strategic planning for network architecture and technology upgrades.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Configure and manage routers, switches, wireless tech (802.11ac), and VoIP protocols (SIP/SCCP).
2. Administer WAN technologies including MPLS, GRE VPNs, IPSEC tunnels, and DMVPNs.
3. Monitor network traffic using WMI, SNMP, NetFlow, and other tools to ensure uptime and performance.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to align network strategies with business objectives and compliance requirements.
