Role Summary

The Manager, Sales & Application Engineer, Fan Pack will drive business growth in India, focusing on OEM and industrial customers. You will combine strong business development skills with solid technical application knowledge to identify opportunities, build relationships, recommend solutions, and convert them into sustainable business.

This is a high‑visibility, growth role with end‑to‑end ownership of the sales cycle and regular collaboration with cross‑functional, regional, and global teams. It offers meaningful responsibility, learning, global exposure, and business travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow Fan Pack business across India, with emphasis on recent OEM and industrial customers.
- Identify, develop,



and convert opportunities through proactive market coverage and structured follow‑up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners.
- Understand customer applications and technical requirements and suggest suitable Fan Pack solutions.
- Support application engineering and solution configuration (fan systems, modules, impellers, motors, guards, and accessories).
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, technical discussions, proposals, negotiation, and order closure.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals that meet customer needs and company standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain, customer service, and commercial teams to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.
